Front page initial idea

I have decided to have a main image on the right of my front page, larger than any other images so that it will stand out. This will be the picture seen in "Image 1" below. I plan to put two smaller images one above the other on the left of my page, with two taglines underneath them. The top one reading "Win v festival tickets" and the bottom one reading "top 10 rockbands of 2010". The masthead will be at the top of the page taking up the entire width of it. My images and taglines will be in boxes, as will my masthead, but i will leave my main image as it is to sustain the interest and attention of my readers.
